INFORMATICS PHARMACY MANAGER
Progressive teaching hospital located in Central New Hampshire is actively seeking candidates for a PHARMACY OPERATIONS MANAGER and an INFORMATICS PHARMACY MANAGER. The Pharmacy Department is a modern state of the art decentralized department with a Robot, Epic Computer System, Accudose and a fully accredited residency program. Upcoming projects include updating the Accudose system, implement Scan Technology and improve clinical programs. With approximately 70 FTE’s, the department has a generous compliment of clinical specialists, staff pharmacists, I/S pharmacists, and administrative support over Operational, Clinical and Outpatient Pharmacy Services.
PHARMACY OPERATIONS MANAGER - Facilitate the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems which promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost effective drug therapies. Serve as a resource to other Pharmacists and health care professionals, as well as address the learning needs of staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of health care system experience (of which 3 must be pharmacy supervisory experience). Pharm.D. and/or advanced degree (e.g. MS, MBA) preferred.
INFORMATICS PHARMACY MANAGER - Ensure optimization of current technology, and facilitate systems issue resolution. Provide oversight for the databases that support the pharmacy information systems. Develop, implement, and coordinate pharmacy programs and enhance the quality of existing services in specialty area.
