PHARMACY OPERATIONS MANAGER - Progressive academic Medical Center located in Nashville, Tennessee is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to work closely with the Director of Pharmacy. This individual will supervise approximately 50 FTE's, participate on appropriate committees, contribute to Policy and Procedures and budgetary responsibilities and facilitate the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems which promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost effective drug therapies. Serve as a resource to other Pharmacists and health care professionals, as well as address the learning needs of staff. Monday to Friday day shift schedule - 100% pure administrative position.
