| Details: |
Directly responsible for overall supervision of 45FTE's. Work closely with the Director of Pharmacy in system implementations, budgetary responsibilities, committee participation and development of ambulatory and outpatient programs and clinical pharmacy services. Day to day responsibilities consist of supervising the distributive functions of the Inpatient Pharmacy including formulary management, medication ordering and distribution, sterile products manufacturing, unit does preparation, medication storage, unit inspections, drug delivery systems and workload data retrieval and reporting. Assists in the development of departmental goals and objectives in accordance with hospital strategic plan.
