Description:	Senior Pharmacy Operations Manager
Skills Required:	The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hospital pharmacy management or supervisory experience in an acute care environment. B.S. in Pharmacy and/or a Pharm.D. is required. Advanced Residency training or Masters Degree would be helpful but not required.
Details:	ADMINISTRATIVE PHARMACY OPPORTUNITY: We have been retained by a progressive teaching facility located in Massachusetts that has asked us to source candidates for a Senior Pharmacy Administrative position. As a Member of the Senior Pharmacy Management Team, you will strive to improve the performance of the pharmacy by providing leadership and guidance to the entire pharmacy staff. • Support day to day clinical and operational pharmacy services. • Mentor and Educate students, interns, residents, and staff • Develop Performance Improvement Initiatives. • Supervise and direct support personnel.
